Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. Please contact us immediately and we will help you the best we can. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our return policy.
We are not set up for exchanges. Please contact us to get a return started. Then a new order can be placed for another size or item.
Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately for processing. No changes can be made. Please contact us immediately to cancel the order. Otherwise we can start a return for the goods you didn't mean to order.
KIZEN comes out with a new collections each season. We keep our favorite basics so contact us and we'd be happy to look into it for you.
We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused merchandise in sellable condition with tags on for a full refund within ten day of purchase. We do not accept returns for bolster, mat bags or mat straps. Please choose these items carefully unless item is faulty. To see full policy click here
To ensure the safety of large orders we require a signature for domestic orders over $500. KIZEN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
